They achieved a good working relationship with the surrounding communities to stimulate business growth. Steve expanded into graphics and building web sites on the Internet, and has assisted in the setup and management of different business operations ranging from computers to construction. In 2001, Steve became a feed yard dairy division, manager where he improved the dairy heifer program, involving all daily aspects of supervision on the 5000 cow facility. Steve has over thirty years experience in the agricultural business, mostly in management or ownership positions.
